Marcel Medawar is a Nigerian fashion entrepreneur based in Abuja who built Big N Bigger Signatures from a personal frustration into a movement. As a bigger man himself, he spent years navigating a market that treated his size as an afterthought — finding either poor quality, poor fit, or simply nothing at all.

In 2025, he decided to stop waiting for the industry to catch up. He opened what would become Abuja's first dedicated plus-size boutique for men — a physical space where bigger men could walk in, try on premium clothing that actually fit, and leave feeling exactly as they should: well-dressed and confident.

What started as a single shop at Apo Urban Market has grown into a curated brand with a clear identity. Marcel sources every piece with the same question in mind: would a man in a 10XL feel as good in this as a man in a 1XL? If the answer is no, it does not make the cut.

His vision is straightforward — that premium menswear should have no size ceiling, and that every man in Nigeria, regardless of his build, deserves access to clothing that reflects his standard.
